Good Job Fl. Car Wash I visit your car wash a few times out of the week and am very pleased with the service I get. The staff are very curtious and take their time to examine my car before I leave. They always do a wonderful job.
Will not go there anymore We took our car there to have it fully serviced. What a disappointment this was. The front of the car was not cleaned. There are streaks on the inside the windshield (my 4year old would have done it better). The inside doors still had the smudges on. It seems like they held the vacuum inside but didn't used it to clean the upholstery or the flooring with it. For the price we paid and what we got it was a waste of our time and money. THEIVES Florida car wash is a sham! The owner {Marty} yells and swears at the employee's The tip box up front is sposed to be split equaly amongst the employees but they get about 1% of there weeks pay wich is normaly $20 there is atleast $1200 a week in the tip box his son and son-n-law are the managers he and they take the employee's tips to split. If they will steal from there workers what makes you think you will be treated any better
unbelievable Unbelievable lack of service and or professionalism I brought my car in for a wash and vacuum. when I got it back it still had bugs all over the front and I don't think it was even vacuumed at all the only thing that was cleaned out was my cup full of toll booth quarters,go figure. I voiced my complaint to the owner who just turned and walked away ranting aloud like a drunken bum talking to himself.I got so mad I pulled the car back around and vacuumed it myself. THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT!! If I could give them negative rating I would. Have been taking 6 cars there since they opened. Spent $100 on a detail. Windows were left dirty, dog hair they said could not be removed, funny I removed it with a lint brush!!!! And the female manager needs to take some classes in customer service. she obviously needs help on how to deal with customers. Business Owner What a disapointment! Oily film on the inside of my windshield & other windows, visible dirt on doors, hood, everywhere on Yukon. Then it took me 1.2 hours trying to get the dirt off, clean windows and I can not get the oily stuff from the tires off where it splashed on the sides and my running boards look pok-a-dot. I have been going there since they opened, probably 18-20 years but not ever again. $29 shot, the drive through does a better job without being wiped down!
What a rip off!!!!!!! Never Again! I swear that my niece and nephew could have done a much better job than this place did on my truck! Since when do the windows not get cleaned?
