I will never go there again I will never go there again!!!! I pulled up and before I could finish talking to the sales lady a Spanish looking kid opened the passenger side front door and began to vacuum that side. I immediately recognized the smell of booze on him,As I was getting my 4 year old daughter out of her car seat I heard a man yelling out profanities I turned around and saw a man who I found out later is the owner yelling at a female employee to the point that she was crying her eyes out. They do a good job I have taken my car in several times to be washed and cleaned. They do a good job but have to inspect it after to make sure everything was done correctly. Once they did not vacuum the back seat and another time the wheels were still dirty, but they were notified, the situations were resolved.
THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT!! If I could give them negative rating I would. Have been taking 6 cars there since they opened. Spent $100 on a detail. Windows were left dirty, dog hair they said could not be removed, funny I removed it with a lint brush!!!! And the female manager needs to take some classes in customer service. she obviously needs help on how to deal with customers. Business Owner What a disapointment! Oily film on the inside of my windshield & other windows, visible dirt on doors, hood, everywhere on Yukon. Then it took me 1.2 hours trying to get the dirt off, clean windows and I can not get the oily stuff from the tires off where it splashed on the sides and my running boards look pok-a-dot. I have been going there since they opened, probably 18-20 years but not ever again. $29 shot, the drive through does a better job without being wiped down!
What a rip off!!!!!!! Never Again! I swear that my niece and nephew could have done a much better job than this place did on my truck! Since when do the windows not get cleaned? Since when does it cost extra for the truck to be dried? Vacuumed, yeah that's another joke! Been going there for 6 years! Always bought the wash, wheels and interior including windows. Good Job Fl. Car Wash I visit your car wash a few times out of the week and am very pleased with the service I get. The staff are very curtious and take their time to examine my car before I leave. They always do a wonderful job.
