What a rip off!!!!!!! Never Again! I swear that my niece and nephew could have done a much better job than this place did on my truck! Since when do the windows not get cleaned? Since when does it cost extra for the truck to be dried? Vacuumed, yeah that's another joke! Been going there for 6 years! Always bought the wash, wheels and interior including windows. Dissatisfied customer Last month I took my BMW in and had it detailed and hand waxed a young man named Robert brought my car out and presented it to me he said he was sorry if It took a little longer than the 30 minutes he was aloud but that he wanted to make sure it was done right. Florida Car Wash is not the best in brandon If he was the best manager why would a person possibly in his mid thirties be flirting with a child . If She would have told me on the premisis I sure would have made a scene and possibly called the police. He (and you) should feel lucky that I posted here instead or the outcome would have revealed that your car wash is just another carwash with scumbags working , managing , and owning. My only question is I wish I knew his name to look it up on the sex offenders list
They do a good job I have taken my car in several times to be washed and cleaned. They do a good job but have to inspect it after to make sure everything was done correctly. Once they did not vacuum the back seat and another time the wheels were still dirty, but they were notified, the situations were resolved.
Business Owner What a disapointment! Oily film on the inside of my windshield & other windows, visible dirt on doors, hood, everywhere on Yukon. Then it took me 1.2 hours trying to get the dirt off, clean windows and I can not get the oily stuff from the tires off where it splashed on the sides and my running boards look pok-a-dot. I have been going there since they opened, probably 18-20 years but not ever again. $29 shot, the drive through does a better job without being wiped down!
THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT!! If I could give them negative rating I would. Have been taking 6 cars there since they opened. Spent $100 on a detail. Windows were left dirty, dog hair they said could not be removed, funny I removed it with a lint brush!!!! And the female manager needs to take some classes in customer service. she obviously needs help on how to deal with customers.
