I spoke to **** about my missing rear arm and windshield wiper on my SUV. The team leader came to me after the car was washed and started it was loose. It fell off and they said they were not liable. I asked for the pieces that were fallen off. I never received a call from them. They tape the rear windshield wipers and if was loose as they stated, I should have been informed. **** and his employees seem not care about this. This will cost me over $200 to replace. I will never go to their car wash again.

What a rip off!!!!!!! Never Again! I swear that my niece and nephew could have done a much better job than this place did on my truck! Since when do the windows not get cleaned? Good Job Fl. Car Wash I visit your car wash a few times out of the week and am very pleased with the service I get. The staff are very curtious and take their time to examine my car before I leave. They always do a wonderful job.
Will not go there anymore We took our car there to have it fully serviced. What a disappointment this was. The front of the car was not cleaned. There are streaks on the inside the windshield (my 4year old would have done it better). The inside doors still had the smudges on. It seems like they held the vacuum inside but didn't used it to clean the upholstery or the flooring with it. For the price we paid and what we got it was a waste of our time and money. THEIVES Florida car wash is a sham! The owner {Marty} yells and swears at the employee's The tip box up front is sposed to be split equaly amongst the employees but they get about 1% of there weeks pay wich is normaly $20 there is atleast $1200 a week in the tip box his son and son-n-law are the managers he and they take the employee's tips to split. If they will steal from there workers what makes you think you will be treated any better
Dissatisfied customer Last month I took my BMW in and had it detailed and hand waxed a young man named Robert brought my car out and presented it to me he said he was sorry if It took a little longer than the 30 minutes he was aloud but that he wanted to make sure it was done right. unbelievable Unbelievable lack of service and or professionalism I brought my car in for a wash and vacuum. when I got it back it still had bugs all over the front and I don't think it was even vacuumed at all the only thing that was cleaned out was my cup full of toll booth quarters,go figure. Florida Car Wash is not the best in brandon If he was the best manager why would a person possibly in his mid thirties be flirting with a child . If She would have told me on the premisis I sure would have made a scene and possibly called the police. He (and you) should feel lucky that I posted here instead or the outcome would have revealed that your car wash is just another carwash with scumbags working , managing , and owning.
