Aaron is terrific and so compassionate for my Mom. So appreciate the entire Florida Cancer team.
I always receive excellent customer service from all staff- The skills of their lab- technician are so impressive. All staff is very knowledgeable and Dr Ho, takes time explaining and addressing any concerns I have. What a wonderful group. ( I feel that I am in such capable, experienced hands. What a beautiful safe feeling). I actually enjoyed the inter- actions with all staff on 8/12/25= Thank you All:
Husband was seeing Dr. Peterson since January 2025 up until recently. Switched to a different chemo treatment and was not prescribed Nulasta to build up white blood cells for 2 separate chemo treatments....no chemo for an entire month! When asking the doctor why this medicine wasn't prescribed...his response was...."I dont have to prescribe this medicine as its not a requirement with this type of chemo." I have visited this location twice in the last few weeks. The first time I visited the person in the lab was not very friendly and not clear as to where I was supposed to sit and mumbled. On the second visit I had to wait an hour to be seen because they were shortstaffed. It would have been nice to have received a phone call to let me know I didn’t need to come at my appointment time.
