Always professional and the office staff especially Kim takes time to make my visit less anxious thank you
Dr Diaz is wonderful but the call center you have to deal with in order to make an appointment is far less so: On hold for 20 minutes for 3 tries in a row. I can deal with this when I call Spectrum but not when I’m trying to call my cancer Dr. It’s unacceptable.
I can't even get someone to answer the phone so I can make an appointment,they have my referal from the doctor and they have yet to call me.Meanwhile my cancer is getting worse,the lack of concern doesn't say much for them.
