The front staff are polite and professional, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. The overall care and communication at this location are extremely disappointing. It felt disorganized and impersonal, as though patients are just numbers rather than people going through serious health concerns. Good thing I’m not dying, because based on the level of attention and compassion here, I wouldn’t have much confidence in my care. I expected a much higher standard from a cancer treatment facility.

My experience with the Florida Cancer Institute was extremely disappointing. The overall level of service was subpar, with little to no follow-through or follow-up from staff or providers. Instead of receiving coordinated care, I was constantly juggled between departments and left without clear answers or accountability. The problem with wait times has been eliminated so every thing is improved. As usual, the staff are great
Dr. Taha experimented with my mother’s health and cancer treatment. When he was called out and asked about why she was having the reaction she was having he denied it was from Keytruda (it was on the side effect list and he still denied it) My mother’s health was drastically declining with multiple ER/ hospital stays. When we went into the chemo room multiple people were on the same medication. Come to find out he travels around the world teaching about Keytruda ( his words).
