I've been going here for my infusion for the past 4 years. The entire staff is amazing, from the check in to being with ms kendra i think thats her name, she know each of us by faces and first names. All the way to being seated in the chair. Jennifer has been my nurse over the bast few months, she's amazing. So much has changed in the last 6 months at the colonial location and not for the better. Dr Romero and a handful of nurses are amazing, but the office staff need to be trained how to speak to people especially patients going through CANCER during the hardest time of their life. You can never get a call back, I have had a request in to speak with the billing person for my last name for a week with no response on either my portal or a call which I have asked for.
