I'm sitting in the waiting room & a lady is having frequent "moist" big sneezes & coughs, no mask, barely covering her nose/mouth with her hand. She looks very tired. On the other side of the room a man keeps coughing & the same side as the lady, another has a cough & a few sneezes. I look around for a mask- none. I go up to the desk & inquire if they have some- "not anymore." I mention the sick people & compromised patients. Surely you have masks? "We used too. Now they must be in the treatment areas." Awful. Disorganized. Doctor did not communicate results with patient or within the clinic. No one has any idea what’s going on. We never even knew if the doctor ordered the tests he said he would. Turns out he didn’t. No genetic testing was done to track cancer markers and help guide treatment. No PET scan before treatment started to determine if the cancer had spread or was confined to the original area it was found in. I wanted to give some positive feedback about my experience at your clinic at 8981 Colonial Center Dr. I came to this specialist office for abnormal blood values that I wanted to understand, not because I was extremely sick. Seeing what so many people suffer with, deformities, amputations, you name it….is unbelievably sad. These things would shock anyone and certainly gives you perspective in life.
