So much has changed in the last 6 months at the colonial location and not for the better. Dr Romero and a handful of nurses are amazing, but the office staff need to be trained how to speak to people especially patients going through CANCER during the hardest time of their life. You can never get a call back, I have had a request in to speak with the billing person for my last name for a week with no response on either my portal or a call which I have asked for. I'm sitting in the waiting room & a lady is having frequent "moist" big sneezes & coughs, no mask, barely covering her nose/mouth with her hand. She looks very tired. On the other side of the room a man keeps coughing & the same side as the lady, another has a cough & a few sneezes. I look around for a mask- none. I go up to the desk & inquire if they have some- "not anymore." I mention the sick people & compromised patients. Surely you have masks? "We used too. Now they must be in the treatment areas."
