I had a B12 shot last month and this month given to be by the same person. In September it was the most painful shot I ever experienced and my right upper arm had a black and blue mark that lasted 3 weeks. This month I was not happy seeing the same person. The shot was better. This person has no people skills and was on a private call while administering care.
I always have a good experience when l visit FCS. Even though I'm there for medical reasons they are top notch.
Very pleasant experience, minimum wait time, staff very friendly, and the doctor took the time to listen to all my concerns and explain things in a matter that was clear and understandable.
Very courteous and kind people at the office. Great service took care of me promptly. Thank you for being a blessing to my wife and I keep your great work up. God bless you guys.
