How anyone could complain about this gem of a place is beyond me. They don’t have anything like this anywhere else. In NJ we didn’t even know where they were located or if the people we were talking to were even local. I have driven to this location at least 3 times and each time they handled either a problem I was having or answered questions. They are knowledgeable about everything to do with BCBS. They save so much time for me. They are all nice there. They have FREE classes and seminars there daily. Stuff like Pilates th... read more
Only been insured for about a month if even that and gonna expeditiously cancel! I’d rather pay more cash a month for a different provider than to deal w Florida Blue and their BS! The absolute worse oh and no one is ever available to answer the phone. Good luck because this company is nothing more than FAKE!!
I've tried calling here during normal business hours and had to leave a voice message each time. Still no one calls back. The automated system always send you to voice mailbox
