Florida Blue is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. They do anything to deny your claims. Their app is horrible. The customer service doesn't even respond and they operate illegally. It's illegal to deny based on pre-existing conditions. I wouldn't choose this healthcare if I were you. They continued to deny my iron infusions, which I would die without because I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago.
How anyone could complain about this gem of a place is beyond me. They don’t have anything like this anywhere else. In NJ we didn’t even know where they were located or if the people we were talking to were even local. I have driven to this location at least 3 times and each time they handled either a problem I was having or answered questions. They are knowledgeable about everything to do with BCBS. Only been insured for about a month if even that and gonna expeditiously cancel! I’d rather pay more cash a month for a different provider than to deal w Florida Blue and their BS! The absolute worse oh and no one is ever available to answer the phone. Good luck because this company is nothing more than FAKE!!
