I had an a telephone appointment and they never called. I called the office 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and they said the associate was running late. I never heard from her and never received any follow up communication. Very disappointing.
I Had a great experience here. Found I had added myself to their no call list so I went in for a good experience
Phone appointment was for 2PM today. As of 2:15PM no call. Unable to reach anyone via your phone number provided. I blocked off 30 minutes for this meeting. No Show by your representative.
