Florida Blue is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. They do anything to deny your claims. Their app is horrible. The customer service doesn't even respond and they operate illegally. It's illegal to deny based on pre-existing conditions. I wouldn't choose this healthcare if I were you. They continued to deny my iron infusions, which I would die without because I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago.

I am so thankful for Richard, who was prompt to resolve an issue I had been having with Florida Blue. The customer service with corporate was disorganized and I was worried about the situation. When I came to this location, Richard listened to the issue I was having and had a solution right away. Him and his colleague Dolly promptly helped me resolve this matter and I am truly grateful for their assistance in a stressful time.

They tell you one thing in person or over the phone then when you receive the mail its another thing, always happens. At this point the only solution is to change providers.

I don’t know how my previous review is going. It’s a scam here. The insurance covered the circumcision. I even called Florida blue right before the circumcision and the agent told me as long as it was done at hospital within 30 days after baby was born, it’s free for me. But Florida lied. They didn’t cover it and hospital billed me thousand dollars. They also did not cover the baby daily routine care even the plan clearly states it will cover it.
