Waste of time on 08/28/2026, I made am appointment for 08/31/2026 at 9:45AM, I also told them that I have blue cross blue shield federal employees program. When I arrived for the appointment, consultant Juan Betancourt told me that they do not help federal retirees
Don't use Florida Blue. My plan clearly states that it covers the infant care routine but Florida Blue rejects to cover this service even though our bill clearly showed the service is infant care routine.
Florida Blue is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. They do anything to deny your claims. Their app is horrible. The customer service doesn't even respond and they operate illegally. It's illegal to deny based on pre-existing conditions. I wouldn't choose this healthcare if I were you. They continued to deny my iron infusions, which I would die without because I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago.
I am so thankful for Richard, who was prompt to resolve an issue I had been having with Florida Blue. The customer service with corporate was disorganized and I was worried about the situation. When I came to this location, Richard listened to the issue I was having and had a solution right away. Him and his colleague Dolly promptly helped me resolve this matter and I am truly grateful for their assistance in a stressful time.
