Absolutely terrible service on two separate occasions. Costed me 600$ worth of fees they should have paid and do not cover basic procedures. This is all in addition to hours and hours of frustrations. They ignore physical mail and will treat you like garbage. Do not do business with this company!
Do not use Florida Blue! They will change or drop your coverage mid-year! They are a terrible company, an unrealiable provider. Terrible customer service!
