the staff there is very friendly. Pauls Mongeon worked with us. she was very kind and funny. She was able to get me in a very nice car at a goid price. She was awesome!!!😁😁😁
You’re better off going to a real car dealership, Florida Auto Exchange overprices used cars and will not negotiate prices. Don’t give them your money, go to a REAL car dealership.
I highly recommend this place they are very friendly and professional and this will be my 3rd car from here. My car was totaled, I called and Paula came to pick me and my kids up from our house to take us to the shop, they have a play area for the kids, and In no time I was picking my next new ride out it was a very smooth transition Thank You Soo Much.
worst place to buy a vehicle. purchased a 2004 nissan titan. Transmission started giving me problems a month after. not even a week after I bought the car engine started over heating. There 30 day warranty is a Joke. They will find a way to make you pay for more than half of the repairs. place is a rip off. bought the Titan back in February 2019 and had to get rid of it on July. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I highly recommend Paula and Jeffrey Rhoads Sr & Jr !!! My whole experience today was Excellent. Being in a tough situation they were the most understanding and accommodating car sales I have ever met. Truly amazing from helping me choose a beautiful top notch car to ease of paperwork completion. I will be coming back for certain !
I purchased a 2007 Chevy Tahoe (previously owned by the former mayor of Dunedin) in December of 2017 at Florida Auto Exchange. I recommend Jason! I was in a tough situation, nowhere else would give me their time of day. Jason helped me out and was very accommodating to my situation. I had a hard time choosing a vehicle because there were so many good choices. I'm now driving a nice car and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be getting my next car there.
