They advertised a car as an internet special for $9995, reduced from $12,999 but when I got there, even though the salesman pulled up the same info I had, they said the car was actually $11,999 and blamed it on an internet glitch! What? Um, that's called bait and switch. I would NEVER buy a car from these people!

I was already exhausted from going to different car dealers and the sales people trying to desperately sell me a car. On way home passing by the Auto Exchange dealer, I decided to go in one last time and I met this wonderful sales lady that caught my attention real fast just with her beautiful and bubblely personality, I told her what I needed and she walked me to two cars. And that was it! We made the deal on one Chevy Malibu. Thank you so much Paula for being such a good and cheery sales person.
