My daughter has been going here since Oct 2023 and we have LOVED it. She has progressed beyond words, the staff are amazing, and they’re very hands on and helpful! I’m so thankful for this team, they’re like a second family for my daughter.

The center overall looks good. The staff is very helpful and explained everything to us clearly. The only issue is neatness. The mats are very dirty. I don’t even want to step on it and kids are playing on it and some are sleeping. One of the gray carpets in main room is literally black. Wish they could maintain them properly or remove them. Otherwise this center deserves 5 star.

This place is a complete joke! They DO NOT give you any feedbacks. My child has been on the waiting list for almost a year and they STILL haven’t called. This place needs new management to actually help families in need.

Terrible customer service. Called this morning and the rep said they had a waiting list without providing me with any information on how to get on the list until I specifically asked her. She seemed rushed to get me off the phone. She then told me to go flautism.com and click get started and "it's pretty self explanatory from there." This company should have better customer service when dealing with possible future clients.
