I call today 9/11/23 to set me as appointment and was put on hold for about 5 minutes. The lady came back to the phone was very rude I got my insurance card but she wanted me to get off the phone and call her about what kind of insurance I got but I didn’t understand why I was not able to give her what was on the card. I told her I was uncomfortable with the way she was talking to me and she did not care she told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone.
