I had this company install a new heat pump system in my home. I cannot say enough about the installation team or the service tech that did the start up. They were professional & courteous from start to finish. Never even took a break except for a quick lunch. Excellent job guys !! I highly recommend this company for any ac or heating needs !

High Caliber company!!! Superior customer service to AWESOME technicians. Purchased the Bryant 18 seer 4 ton heat pump system, and with only one night I have totally noticed a change. We actually froze last night with the temp set at 75. :) Just want to throw a shout out to the crew who spent nearly 12 hrs installing my unit. Austin, Lucas, handy Andy, and Josh. Not to mention getting a drop by visit by the owner Shawn. And a big thank you to Jeri, the companies secretary for working with us to get it installed.
AC is out. Tech showed up 20 min later. David inspected unit throughly . Found I have a bad evaporator coil . Went above and beyond to get me repaired. Thanks guys!!!
I cannot even express how impressed I am with the integrity that Florida Air has displayed. During a recent water leak, it was discovered that the duct work was not installed properly 10 years ago....yep, I said 10 years ago. Damage was done and I called to have them look at it. I had decided that there was probably nothing they would do, but wanted them to see the mess. To my surprise, they had almost everyone who works there come out and look at it, then fixed it. They were on time and worked through lunch and the rain to get our ac replaced for us and our medically needy son. They went above and beyond!!
