Florida 360 is a lovely company. They manage our Association and being on the Board, I have the pleasure of dealing with their staff. In particular, their employee, Mateo Thomaz is one helpful person. Being in my 70’s, I mostly appreciate him being courteous, kind and ever so helpful. When it comes to handling accounts on the computer, he patiently guides me through the hurdles. It’s a good company indeed.
I had a very disappointing experience speaking with DOUGLAS over the phone. From the beginning of the call, he was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly interrupted me. Instead of allowing me to ask my question, he spent several minutes lecturing me about something unrelated while insisting I needed to call back another time.
