Andrea and her team did a wonderful job of selling our home. They came highly recommended, from friends, and helped us through the process of preparing (cleaning out!), staging, and selling our home. It sold very quickly in August, when the market maybe wasn't the best. We priced it right, with Andrea's help, not too low, and got two offers at the same time. Closing was fast and easy. Highly recommend this team!! They are professional, knowledgable, friendly and very relatable! Plus they give back to our community!!
I started working with Nella from Florian Realty to lease a condo which in less than a year turned into purchasing my first place. Nella walked me through everything from leasing into looking and helping me make my first home purchase. Nella made sure everything from all the details to checking on me during the process to make sure I and everything was good every step of the way and I could not have done it without her! I truly loved working with Nella and would recommend her to anyone!
This is my second time working with a realtor from the Florian Team and have had no regrets! Olivia went out of her way to arrange viewings in Port Credit and was incredibly generous with her time throughout the process. She never rushed or pressured me, and always made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Her warmth and genuine care for finding the right fit really set her apart. If you're looking for someone who truly has your best interests at heart, I can't recommend Olivia enough. An absolute pleasure to... read more
