It was a regular grey, cloudy day in December of this past year. We spent a couple hours looking at a few listings with Olivia; a delight to be around. The Florian team did an awesome job getting our house sold during a time where houses were not selling and they did so in a short period of time. There was constant communication with Andrea and her team along the way. The staging and professional photographs helped to highlight key features of our house. Andrea also worked with us to negotiate a great price for our home on a desirable street! Would definitely recommend this team!
