It pains me any time I feel the need to warn others about a business or service, but it’s important we all help each other. My 90-year-old father was recently referred for an appointment (gerontology). We have MANY doctors in the Trinity Health network and sadly have seen a marked decline in true patient-oriented care. We traveled from Waterbury to our Southbury appointment, only our second time here, the last a few years ago. The signage was poor and accessing the lobby with a wheelchair was a challenge.
