Worst service I've ever had. Took an hour to get a bill and an extra thirty minutes for our server to take payment. Never stepping foot in this establishment again. Don't go if you can help it!!!!
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT FLORENTINES RESTAURANT!!!! Horrible customer service. We were eating last night and got yelled at by a waitress and the manager didn't say anything!!! We go to dinner tonight, and found out that we are banned! That the waitress got other waitresses to lie, and told the gm that we yell at them, and are rude every time we go there. Great pizza and wings, decent spinach dip. Ordered deep dish deluxe and was very satisfied.
