I was in and out before my scheduled appointment (you can easily schedule an appointment to an urgent care through mychart, who knew) The staff was professional and listened to my concerns. Would recommend.
Hit my foot with an axe and needed 6 stitches. Waited a little over hour to been seen, pretty normal for urgent/ER care. Nurses were very kind and friendly and cleaned my wound with absolutely no pain. Very professional. Doctor was cracking jokes with me the whole time to lighten the mood. Numbed my wound up and stitched me up very well. I should heal quite nicely.
St. Elizabeth Urgent Care Rt. 42 Union, Florence first class all the way. Great care and very quick and efficient. I highly recommend this Urgent Care for your out of routine patient needs. Dr. Ryan Woods is the best.
Open till 8pm, but new policy is no one can be seen if they are not checked in by 745? We arrived at 746, and was denied service for a cut on my daughter's heel and needs stitches.
Friendly, fast and professional care during my visit today. Dr Woods and Parker (the medical assistant) assessed my needs quickly and provided a solution in a friendly and professional manner. Also the receptionist at this location is always extremely customer driven. She greets you with a smile and processes your info quickly. I also observed how she went out of her way to relax a young child who was apprehensive and scared. Great job here this morning 6/17/25. Jim Purcell
