It was terrible and the lady that was helping me was not nice at all
I went in to be seen for a possible UTI. Long story short the nurse didn’t properly take my blood pressure, never asked about allergies or current meds and I have never been there and the last time I was seen at the ER was in March 2013 so it’s not like I have current info on file in their system. There is usually a wait, but that's too be expected. Drs always take care of them with great knowledge and bedside manners.
RecommendedI don't really go to the doctor that much because I'm generally healthy, but if I really need to see someone I go to this Urgent Care because of the great skilled and compassionate staff.
Called to speak with a nurse because the condition I'm dealing with is just getting worse so I wanted to know if that sometimes happens or if I should give the antibiotics more time or even come back that isn't normal. She told me "all I can say is if you feel like you need to come back to be seen again we are always here. Sorry I couldn't help further." Very upsetting as I was just asking for some advice/guidance as to what I should do.
Husband split his finger open and needed stitches. Definitely didn't want to do the ER waiting game. Walked right in, taken right back for X-rays and stitches and discharged in less than an hour and a half with an orthopedic referral. Dr. Woods was thorough and compassionate. Not that we like to make emergency visits, but we'd use them again in a heartbeat should the need arise!
