We are very please with everything. From the appointment scheduling all the way to the smiling face at the end of the visit. The work is thorough and very perfessional. But at the same time, it is the perfect place for kids. We love it!
I love that you love my kids. You noticed that Mi wasn't feeling well and asked about her, showing genuine concern. Your staff makes it a point to get to know your patients and it shows in great customer service and treatment tailored to my child.
My children and I love this dental clinic! All of the staff members are friendly and professional. They work together to create an environment for my children to feel comfortable and to get the best care possible! I would recommend them again and again.

We chose Florence Pediatric Dentistry for our son's first dentist and I'm so glad we did! Everyone was so engaging and he just smiled the entire time. Dr. Elvington was thorough and patient. She answered all of my questions and took her time getting my son to trust her/ which isn't easy with this 11 month old! We couldn't be happier with our choice and we're excited to return in 6 months.
Today was my first visit to this dentist. I am 10 years old. The hygienist I had was Susan. She was very nice and sweet! I liked that you can choose the flavor of medicine and the movie you would like.The lady that asked me what I wanted, I do not know her name, but she was very nice. My dentist was very sweet and gentle. They made me feel very comfortable and not scared at all! Today, my experience was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
We are new to the area and this was our first visit -- very patient with her and a great experience.
This is by far the best child healthcare office I have ever seen. The office in fun and inviting. Lots of room for little ones to play while they wait. The staff is friendly and very patient with thoose that arnt so sure about the dentist. They are just wonderful. And they have a WONDERFUL system for letting you know about, making, and even rescheduling. Best by far!
