I had my case picked up here from LifeStance. When I called to schedule, they refused to acknowledge my case. They also told me they don’t handle medicine management or provide CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Adult Psychiatry for c-PTSD. Despite advertising they provide these services. The woman I spoke to was very clueless and didn’t seem to even understand I was requesting therapy, so I’m not sure these folks know what their jobs are. Very disappointing.
