What a disappointment. I am running low on medication and found this place with great reviews, so I booked an appointment, thinking this place sounded, well, different. Then, less than a DAY before my appointment, I get a voicemail saying they have proactively canceled my visit because the provider isn’t actually accepting new patients. Um? What? I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Jess and her team have gone above and beyond to help this mama out. I was looking for a doctor after mine had retired. After a horrible experience at another practice, I was hesitant to go through the process of finding another doctor. I wanted to find a place that was welcoming and empathetic to life. This is your place. Truly, I have left feeling heard and cared for.
Where do I begin?! After extremely high anxiety going to other offices for blood work, I stumbled upon FH! I thank God for directing me to this beautiful, comforting facility that have THE best staff from front desk to lab to dr's!! Dr. Sarah Hutcherson is patient, kind and empathetic. I trust her 100%!! Greeted by "Rowdy" the oh-so-cute emotional support dog helps my anxiety from the minute I walk in! Thank you to all the staff at Florence House!!
Patient care simply does not get any better. Every soul on staff here is WONDERFUL (to say the very least). Stevie can treat the untreatable and by that I mean my husband had not been to the doctor since he was forced as a kid. He's on the right medication and vitamin supplements and feels better than he has in decades. We love and appreciate you all! Thank you for being so great!
