The whole entire staff was very friendly and welcoming so it made my first visit so much more relaxed! Dr. Cherry had great manners and kept me very informed. 10/10 visit.

The entire staff is professional and caring. Dr. Cherry always fully explains each step of the procedures during the appointment. He takes time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them.

What a wonderful experience. I am a very nervous person and super sensitive. This first visit proved encouraging. I felt very relaxed and motivated to return. Dena was such a comfort. She recognized my fears and actually found ways to help me stay relaxed. When my cleaning was complete, they sparkled and shouted out "THANK YOU".😁 Dr. Cherry has a wealth of knowledge and I plan to capitalize by having the repairs needed. Dr Cherry is awesome. I had to have two teeth removed after bad infection. He did not make me feel embarrassed about my less than perfect oral care habits. When he gave me the numbing injections, he used a great technique that made it barely uncomfortable. Then, the extraction itself was a piece of cake. He was very thorough, gentle and he checked in with me every step of the way. He told me what to expect and my options. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Truly excellent dentist.

I have not been to a dentist in a while. I have a hard time connecting with dentists, and I had tried a couple in Florence I did not click with. That being said, I had such a good first visit with Dr Cherrie that I actually look forward to returning! I'm very grateful they saw me during the pandemic and I can tell the current state of the world has not had any effect on their bedside manners. I greatly appreciate their thoughtfulness and attention and they will be my primary dentistry from now on.

I’m so sorry that in this Dental Office they only care about money, they will make you go as many times to charge you $69 for an evaluation. Even if they have the time and the opportunity to do it all in on session, they will schedule you another one. What a mistake I made to believe Dr. Cherry really cared, I had to pospone a dental bridge, and we were planing to make him our head dentist, so glad I didn’t finish my treatments and my husband didn’t start his... he should take good care about their employees, people like the... read more

I have received exceptional services at this office. Having a medical background, sometimes we are the most noncompliant. Dr. Cherry was professional and so was his staff. He answered my questions with honesty, and was straightforward. He has a smile that lights up the room. I enjoyed the view of the bird houses. Normally you are in a room with just walls, but there is a great window view!!! I know that going to the dentist can be scary but The Florence Dental Art is the most wonderful dentistry team I’ve experienced in my life. The atmosphere is very calming. The staff is awesome. I highly recommend that you check them out and believe me you won’t regret it.
