My sister & my daughter live here! They’ve had problems with this property since day one. Now it’s over 100 degrees in Houston & their AC has been out for 2 days. The assistant manager tells them if they don’t like it sue them! I wonder if she would stay in her home with no AC!!! They will be reported!!

I moved into this complex 6 months ago and i had the worst experience ever over here . I used Apartments.com to find the apartment, and I trusted the reviews and ratings they had. After I moved in, I found out that the review and rating Apartments.com gave The bridges on eldridge were greatly exaggerated and the apartment complex have a lot of issues ,some of which is the towing enforcement, parking spaces ,packages delivered to leasing office so u need to wait tell the weekend to pick them up if u have a full time job ,no s... read more
In one word " STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE "
Horrible experience. Everything you go to management about is automatically your fault and not theirs. I brought proof of roaches, mold, the previous tenants belongings in the washer and dryer and the girls in the front made all sorts of excuses-even after seeing the pictures. They poorly mark the visitors parking but are very quick to tow. I highly recommend people look elsewhere and if I’m on the property and see people on a tour-i will say it again. Don’t waste your money here.

Noises all the time, gates doesn’t work, insecurity, no cameras, nobody clean the buildings. The only good thing is the team care.
