RecommendedAmazing staff! They definitely love what they do and we so appreciate each and everyone at Florence Animal Clinic! My son adores Britnee (all of us do) the way she explains everything to us but also she involves my kids and that is so appreciated! My son has always wanted to be a veterinarian but after talking and listening to Britnee he said he is 100% sure about his decision!! Thanks for all you do!
I would NOT recommend Florence Animal Clinic. After using them for a number of years, they refused to see my dog in his final hours. I ended up having to go to a vet (Richland Animal Clinic)that I’ve never been to before. I called and explained my situation and they told me to come right in. They took us in and treated us like we have been coming there for years. RecommendedI have used Florence Animal Clinic since Duke was a puppy. He is now 9 years old. They have taken care of him and loved on him like he was their own. I never worry about leaving him with Dr. Dye and her staff. When I have to take him in because he is sick, they always call a day or so later and see how he is feeling. They spoil him rotten when he boards with them. Good vet care is not cheap, but he is a family member, so of course I am willing to invest in his health. 10/10 would recommend
Went by to pick up flea protection for my four dogs. $79.00. Came home with topical (wanted pills?) and applied it. 3 days later, they’re scratching worse now than they were. Had our house and yard sprayed. Called and made appt to take the worst 2 back up there. All they were concerned about was giving them a state required rabies vaccine, clipping their nails, sent them home on antibiotics and something else to help itching. My dogs are worse than ever now. Don’t come here just don’t.
I got charged a $75 dollar emergency fee even though i called the morning of and they said i could come that afternoon after work. I am more than willing to pay for services rendered, but not on top of a $45 exam fee. My dog got shot - they would know that had they examined him.
My doggie stayed at Florence Animal Clinic's boarding facility for 6 nights while my husband and I were out-of-town. The nice lady who called to confirm her stay made sure I was aware of the necessary paperwork to bring. The check in/check out process was smooth. The staff kept my doggie on the feeding schedule she was accustomed to, and they were totally fine with me bringing her dog bed and toy with her so she could feel more at home.
