We sent a photo of a funeral arrangement desired for a cousin's funeral, ordering long distance from Canada. We asked for a picture to be sent to us of the final product before sending it to the funeral home. We had to call 4 times before they finally sent the picture at the 11th hour before showing, after it was delivered. Colours, shapes and quality are not even close, we're truly disappointed & embarrassed of this representation of our condolences.
