My hair was a challenge...lets just say 4 hours which included a hair consult and the patients of Maria and her knowing how to handle my hair. A little pricey but worth it, my hair feeling healthier and stronger. And the look overall I wanted. Thank you for making me pretty again, I will return�
I have been going to Kim for just about a year now and she is absolutely fabulous! She does an amazing job every time I go in! I love my color and she listens when I let her know what I'm looking for as far as a cut and style!!! I have never trusted anyone as much as I do Kim with my hair! She is beyond amazing! And all the ladies there are welcoming and friendly and keep me laughing the entire time I am there!
I can not believe the service at this salon! Kim in particular...she cares more about your hair, the cut, color, the condition of it than I've ever had anyone in my 25 years going to professionals...she goes the extra mile with a smile...she is incredible. Very accomodating to your schedule and she does a fabulous job. The color is always perfect, and my coarse, dry hair is always smooth, shiny, silky and the depth of the color is truly to die for. Just had my hair done at Floras...what a great group of gals! Everybody there was welcoming and professional. Seriously, if you want to look your best, this is the place! They treat you like family, listen to what the customer wants, and if you want color? Kim is the best colorist around! She's a wiz with color and hair health. Anyone who gives a bad review to this salon, need to have their head examined....
Horrible experience. Got my eye brows waxed today and now I have 2 different eyebrows!! One has my natural arch, which looks good and the other one has half of it is missing! Can they not even do the most basic things! I have been there 3 times (2 for hair) and 2 out of 3 of those experiences were bad!
