Such beautiful flowers I was asked on the street where I purchased them from as I was walking home.
My husband ordered flowers to be delivered for my birthday. Order was different from what they delivered. Instead of accepting their mistake and apologising, the owner was so rude and wouldn't refund. Don't order here they are rip-off, their flowers look sad just like the owner and pathetic customer service by the owner (not staff). 1st time my husband used them and that's the last time. Never again! They don't even deserve 1 star.
Placed an order on Wednesday for delivery on the friday, then they messaged me at 630pm advising me they were unable to deliver and refused me a refund. Very disappointed i had no flowers to take to my mums birthday. Now I'm $100 down with no flowers.
I ordered flowers at 8am and souad personally delivered them locally for me by 11.30 am thank you kindly and will be using again
Ordered said to deliver in the morning still haven’t delivered yet, if they don’t deliver today requesting full refund, useless do not buy from here
