We found Karen simply by walking by and seeing her work in the neighborhood. We followed up with her a couple months later and she met up with us. Her team was really nice and very officiant. Our backyard was nice but sort of drab. Karen walked through with us and explained everything and presented us with options and helped us with our vision. I had an exceptionally positive experience working with Karen of Floral Palace. She created a custom landscape design (providing multiple plans for my front yard). Ultimately, Floral Palace installed irrigation, beautiful stone walkways and front porch, and plantings in the front yard and strip by sidewalk. She was very responsive throughout the process.
