The purchasing process was quick, and the arrangement was lovely. No notes!
Horrible experience. Sent sympathy flowers to a friend in the CapHill neighborhood. They never received them. I spent a week calling Floral Masters and emailing them. No one ever called or emailed me back.
I use Floral Masters several times over the past year, their flower bouquets are always stunning, great communication if anything needs to be substituted or with any delivery issues. Every dollar spent has been worth the smile on my girl's face when she gets the bouquets!

Ordered flowers via their website and received a beautiful arrangement today. This is my favorite florist in Seattle. They deliver around the whole area including Bellevue, Redmond, Mercer Island and I use them whenever I can. Especially enjoyed the flowers I bought for myself. I know the staff made it extra special as I have been a frequent customer of this beautiful store in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Thanks, Floral Masters!
