Very lovely, clean park. Lots of wonderful neighbors that volunteer to keep grounds clean and beautiful. HOA is hit or miss based on who is on the board. Lots of fun activities for active seniors.
It seemed very quiet Alot of older trailers, homes. Yards were kept up. The backyards were very steep down to the lakes. Warning of gators.
We first moved in Nov of 2021. Within days we get a certified letter we have a 6 inch grass blade in the gutter and we had one week to remove it and prove it. He did and asked why the neighbor has a literal tree growing out and they said because he's not here it doesn't matter - so his broken windows don't matter either. My granddaughters were here ONE week and here they came banging on door saying it was reported we moved children in.
