Wasn't there long but the neighborhood seems nice.
Very lovely, clean park. Lots of wonderful neighbors that volunteer to keep grounds clean and beautiful. HOA is hit or miss based on who is on the board. Lots of fun activities for active seniors.
It seemed very quiet Alot of older trailers, homes. Yards were kept up. The backyards were very steep down to the lakes. Warning of gators.
