My in law's urn on their headstone has been destroyed repeatedly due to trees that need to be properly trimmed back. We arrived this evening to find a HUGE limb to be lying on top of their headstone and yet another broken urn. We also found other crushed urns that had been ran over by a tractor and headstones covered in slung mud.
Norman and the staff made this a painless experience in taking care of everything for my Father's funeral. They were so caring and really took care of my family during this difficult time. I would recommend Floral Hills Funeral Home to everyone. Very professional and classy and all around genuine!
Unhappy with the lack of respect they show to those we have lost! We buried my oldest friend here and the name on the marker and website were spelled incorrectly! That by itself is an honest mistake but should still never happen! The problem is they did not correct this mistake for nearly 3 weeks. After several phone calls from myself and many others it was finally fixed. However, it's bad enough to lose someone close but then to have to deal with getting the stone corrected for several weeks, is stress that is not needed!
Get it together assholes !!! Everyone is thinking it I'm just saying it !!
A very dear friend if mine passed and they spelled his name wrong then gave his mother the run around about it getting corrected. This establishment doesn't care a thing about it's clients or their loved ones.
I went to visit my friends site today but there was absolutely no marker what so ever. Had I not been at the burial a couple of weeks ago, I wouldnt have known where he was. His name is James Herring and this is a huge disrespect to him, his mother and his entire family. I'm planning another visit soon and really hope to see his name above him.
I bought a temp marker and perm market. Temp marker came in 3 days with my son last name spell wrong. Went to office in tears at the disrespect show to my son. Got a call so sorry we will get it fixed. It's been two weeks got a call on Tues saying all was fixed lies not only not fix there was no longer a marker on his grave. I can't believe the disrespect that Floral Hills Memory Garden in Tucker Ga have. They are fast in taking your money but when they do something wrong like spelling someone name wrong they come up with all kinds of reasons why they have not fixed it. It is plain awful for my family and all Jim's friends that have come to visit him over the last 21 days to discover he name spelled wrong so many of us have called and complained but it still has not been changed.
