We used the Floral Factory for our wedding in October and they did an absolutely AMAZING job! Karrie-Ann was my main point of contact throughout the planning process and was fantastic. Karrie-Ann took the time to sit down and meet with us to go over pricing options, so we never felt rushed or out of the loop. This is a floral shop my partner has frequented since his childhood but I am new to them since I am from Oshawa. We went in and arranged funeral flowers for his father’s funeral and cannot say enough words. The first time, we dealt with an amazing woman to take our arrangements and the second, we met with the owner.
