Update: a stunning arrangement of tiger lillies- one week after receiving, they still look amazing! Floral Factory was recently entrusted with our recent funeral needs and the results could not have been better. Every arrangement was beautifully done, and so many people commented. The sympathetic, professional customer service was especially appreciated during a time when decision making is difficult, and we are SO grateful. We will now recommend Floral Factory for all occasions.

I requested a flower order. I ordered on a Tuesday for delivery on a Saturday so lots of time to prepare. Nothing arrived and after requesting information i received an email stating my order had been refunded 8 days after i placed the order. No information as to why so no follow up to say sorry but we will deliver right away just send my money back and forget about this customer. I was listed as a loyal customer. very poor.
