Great staff that do amazing pieces
unprofessional staff horrible product
I specifically requested that the florist and delivery not call the recipient unless it was an emergency because the flowers were supposed to be a surprise. However, I was called that day and the recipient was warned that the flowers were delivered. I am absolutely pissed off at this delivery service! What is the point of a surprise if you ruin it? Very upset with the service of this company!

Our friends ordered my husband some flowers, balloons and chocolates for his birthday, long story short we got ONLY FLOWERS I get a call from a gentleman basically insinuating that I was lying about having had only gotten flowers! First off, I'm not a paying customer they were only delivered to my home, 2nd why would you call me anyway and not the person that ordered from your store?! Anyhow I will never use this store and I'm sure our friends will not either
