Simply put, the best. Customer service at its finest, every request fulfilled to the highest standard. The most beautiful custom bouquets of flowers, 2 years in a row ! All the ladies who work there should be extremely proud of the work and effort they put into their craft. Valentine's day wouldn't be the same without you guys. Thank you heaps again for your dedication to my out of the norm requests !
Sadly, this was a really disappointing experience. My husband purchased a birthday bouquet for me on Saturday morning. By Wednesday, the majority of the flowers were already dead, despite the water being changed regularly and the arrangement being properly cared for. Some of the roses were already almost dead at the time of pick-up, which was really disappointing given the price paid.
