Terrible experience. Flowers arrived a day late, several blooms had been bent and/or wilting already. Arrangement was missing several other colored plants that were pictured on the website image. Very sad looking arrangement. When we checked into why it did not arrive on the scheduled day the florist reported to 1800 Flowers that our phone number we gave was disconnected and our address was invalid, both claims are entirely untrue - not sure how or why they came up with that!? HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE FLOWERS LOOK OLD AND WILTED. MY 1 YR OLD NEICE GOULD ARRANGE THE FLOWERS BETTER. THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE SUCKS!! DO NOT USE THEM!

Absolutely pathetic service! My husband is away in training for the Army and ordered flowers and candy for me for Mother's Day. They were to be delivered on Mother's Day. I got the flowers the day before Mother's Day and I still have not received the candy. I have called twice to inquire about the candy and keep getting told that there is not a driver in my area. I received an arragement of roses for Valentine's Day, 11 out of 12 of the roses are fully opened & wilted, even from a distance the flowers are sad looking. Very aged and definitely not fresh. Highly recommend you chose a different florist period.

I received birthday flowers from my daughter in law on a Thursday. They were beautiful red roses and stargazer lilies. The flowers were fresh and lasted for 9 days before dropping petals and going downhill. I was very pleased. The fragrance of the lilies filled my office and was wonderful to walk in to every morning! Thank you for such a lovely presentation.
