Hard to work and over priced. Don't answer the phone often and flower arrangements have little pine branches that drop crap all over the place. I would recommend picking up from a grocery store before going to them.

Horrible Quality and Customer Service! I don't recommend them at all. You would be better off going to a grocery store for flowers. They sold us a "premium" bouquet for over $100 and we still barely got the "standard" arrangement. Far from PREMIUM. Her excuse was that her flowers didn't come in fresh enough to put them in the bouquets.....therefore we got a smaller arrangement. BAD excuse LADY!!!! and being Valentines Day is NO excuse either. I cannot thank Floral Creations enough! After being heavily disappointed by a big name internet florist (with a last minute cancellation after the order was confirmed), Floral Creations took my request and saved the day. I called within 30 minutes of closing and the florist went above and beyond to tell me my options of flowers and that she would deliver and personally offered to deliver them on her way home from work SAME DAY. I have never been disappointed in Floral Arrangements! This wonderful floral shop is under new management. The owner young, spunky, and sweet! I use them for all of my Arrangements, and they are always fresh, and beautiful! They go the extra mile to make it just how you want it! They also have a new location, and have a great "Sit and Meet" area for bridal consults!

The gal who took my order listened thoroughly and was pleasant but the quality of the arrangement delivered was NOT what I expected for the money we paid. I asked for a contemporary arrangement and vase. It was boring and the vase looked like it was from the 80's... purchased at Value Village for a buck. This is twice we have ordered from here with the same results so we will move on to another florist in the Valley. I did call and spoke with the manager, Erin, but she did not offer any compensation.
