I am very disappointed with this floral company. My husband had bought a few flower arrangements from them and noticed that even tho they were always very beautiful the flowers would die out within 2 days. The arrangements my husband purchased were always over $100. This last arrangement my husband purchased being the second one that we had taken pictures of and sent them to the owner to let them know once again the flowers hadn’t lasted but 2 days. I live out of town and called Floral Arte (spoke to Luis) to order an arrangement for a family funeral. I picked up the flowers the day of the funeral and was amazed that the arrangement was more beautiful than the picture I saw on the website. Highly recommend this floral company. Thank you Luis for your professional and courtesy customer service.
Very impressed! If you have time to read l’ll tell you why. The circumstances in which I called this floral shop is a bit out of the ordinary. You see years ago I dated a service member (we were no longer together) in which one day I received a call from someone I never expected it from saying he had passed away. They sent me pics of his grave (truly grateful), but I had never been to his home town (in a different state), nor did they give me the address or name of the cemetery. It was a one time call.
