Simply Amazing, I feel like Tim took care of my order like it was his own gift to his mother. No forced sale, simply understanding what I wanted to achieve, advise on best time to order (Turns out we waited 2 weeks for optimal availability of what we decided on) and fabulous communication. AMAZING

My order (by phone) was taken by Tim in a very friendly and most positive way: Tim has a "welcome to my place" voice, and the order was reasonably priced, delivered with speed and care, and followed up with an email confirming the complete order and the time of delivery. The custom bouquet that Tim arranged to celebrate the adoption of my friend’s baby was incredible. They were over the moon with how beautiful it was and it was so easy to work with Tim.
