I placed an order last week and received such exceptional customer service that I have to leave a review. I called to place the order over the phone and the owner answered. I was having the flowers delivered to Shelley and she told me that normally there is a charge to deliver there but since I was on her webpage and it said free delivery she wouldn't charge me. I love that their floral arrangements aren't the typical old-fashioned carnation-type look! I love asymmetrical designs and everything non-traditional and yet fabulous in every way! That's what Floral Art delivers! Perfect in my book!
Did you know Floral Art means decorations from flowers. Got some at Christmas time and the dried arrangement my mother didn’t have the heart to throw away. Last week had to move it off the table for dinner. Was still a masterpiece how ever fragile the dried flowers were. Very talented artist with flowers. Thank you for the bouquet.
