Didn't have it on time and I got here and they are on the phone "chonneando" on the phone and I asked to talk to the owner about canceling since they didnt have it ready on time and she wouldn't refund my money instead she would charge me another $5 for canceling eventhough they didn't fulfill their end of the contract having ready by said time . It's my daughters PROM and totally insensitive about the whole situation. DONT RECOMMEND THIS FLORAL ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL !
