Not a client but my aunt was. Flora was rude and never paying attention to their case. She once took a call with me in the car and flora kept going off on tangents and repeating herself. My aunt would ask a simple question and flora would come back at her like she was an idiot. I finally convinced her to switch to Crocker and they finalized her case today.

I'd give Her Office 10 stars if I could, they was very professional when I called they was available to meet me that day, I'm more of an e-mail person than I am a talker, so I'd e-mail Flora, or one of the wonderful Para-Legal She has, an 9 out of 10 times they'd e-mail, Me back within a few hours.
