I live out of town and have used Flora Savage in the past several times as my go to Florist in New Orleans. I am very disappointed at the customer service I received today. They were extremely rude over the phone. Sad but won’t be using them again as I am all about customer service .

With less than 24 hours' notice, they created two beautiful bouquets and matching boutonnieres for my destination wedding and the cost was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful! We will definitely use them again.

Have never been happier with a delivery arrangement as I have been with Flora Savage. You just never know if you’re getting a lot of filler and a few flowers. Let me tell you, the CHRIS OWENS (deluxe) arrangement did not disappoint. Delivery was on time and the recipient is delighted.

Flora Savage helped to make our wedding day beautiful. When I requested an estimate and told Suzy that I wanted a brightly colored bouquet, she created the most perfect mixture. She also advised me on choosing the boutonnières. The customer service and the final arrangements were above and beyond our expectations!
I called to get a quote for wedding flowers. She said send an email. I sent an email to get a quote-we needed 2 bouquets and 2 boutonnieres. I never heard back so I called again. The lady told me she couldn't get a quote to me for several weeks because she was too busy. I told her well the wedding would be the same week as the quote -maybe I should get these somewhere else.
