Got some amazing service at this place. Phone was answered by a human on the second ring. I needed a small section of capet and pad and I needed it that day. They had in stock and ready when I pulled up. Great local business I would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
Great experience. The manager, Lisa is very helpful and knowledgeable. Lisa was able to answer all my questions and took the time to help me out. I’m very happy with the way my floors turned out. I highly recommend them, and you will not be disappointed.
From the time I walked into the store to job completion, I couldn't have been more pleased. Joe was very helpful and was able to do a prompt estimate. He was responsive throughout the job. I was on a very tight timeline to get a complete house install directly after closing and before we moved in. The installation schedule was able to accommodate, and the guys doing the install couldn't have done a better, more professional job. I was very pleased. Have been trying to get price on products and it has been very difficult. Would be nice to know the price of the material so I would know if it is in my budget before I make a selection. Also had the measuring done and a week later still waiting for the information. Lack of communication and lack of up front cost of material is my biggest complaint. Going to look at other flooring places
