I’ve been to several floor tile places & it was frustrating. Visiting floors & tiles was a pleasure. The staff was very knowledgeable, calm & courteous. No pressure sales. They also had bathroom & closet displays that were excellent. Enough to say as a new home buyer I’ll be visiting them again. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

While the showroom is fantastic to look at.. Watch out for delivery time and tile quality.. Still working on my project and ripping out defective tiles. 2 month behind and still working with staff to salvage a major disaster... What a nightmare!!t
I went to Floors& Tiles 2 weeks ago, I spoke to Jose. He was great, provided all details I needed. My husband still made me go over the entire market options. We went to at least 8 other places " wholesale prices" . Nobody had a better quality and prices for our living room, halls and bedroom project. We went back to Jose' s store in Casselberry location and ordered all the materials. Our contractor still working on the house. I will definitely post pictures and recommend FLOORS & TILES TO EVERYONE!
I am SOOOO excited about my bathroom remodeling now that I have picked out my tiles from Floors&Tiles. This store is AWESOME! I walked in after being to a big warehouse, Home Depot, and Lowes, and experienced the BEST customer service HERE. Rey was eager to help, but not pushy. They have 3 bathroom shower samples to look at. I love the displays on the wall, that they can take down for you to see how they match another. AND...a FREE sample to take home to be sure it matches! Mi experiencia con la tienda de kissimmee no fue la mejor� me atendió Javi o Javier., el backsplash que quería no lo tenían., me dice que le de una semana., cuando paso x la tienda me dice que No la tiene! Y que si la quiero tengo que pagar el shipping para q me la traigan., aparte no fue nada de amable. No vuelvo a este lugar.
