I own the largest flooring store in Cape Coral. Unfortunately, I have had the displeasure of being a retailer of Floor Solutions USA's (Alon Building Product's) Luxury Vinyl Plank. I am experiencing numerous problems with manufacturer defects, failing locking systems, and no customer support. I HAD HIM DO TWO FLOORS IN A RENTAL PROPERTY THERE WAS A DEFECT AND HE SENT SOMEONE THEY RIPED UP PART OF THE FLOOR. I COULD NEVER GET HIM TO COME BACK TO REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE INSTALLATION, I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY HIM $200.00 MORE TO FIX THE BUBBLE IN THE FLOOR. HE NEVER CAME BACK AND I HIRED SOMEONE ELSE AND PAID HIM. I DON'T EVER EXPECT TO HEAR FROM MR GARCIA AGAIN. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I contacted the store about installing flooring in my store location they asked me what flooring I wanted I chose the flooring and they came to install the flooring the next day but needed to pick up the payment first thing that morning and promised they will be installing the flooring in the afternoon The owner who I spoke to was supposed to be the person coming to my Store that day but he sent his wife to my location to pick up a check and to do the measurements She also came with two guys which the two guys told me they w... read more
