The basement of our home was flooded last July in that freak rainstorm in HRM. Go Flooring was assigned the task of replacing the laminate flooring by the insurance restoration company. The quality of the install of poor to say the least. Gaps between the flooring and the wall were too wide to be covered by the baseboard. An installer was assigned to repair the concern. Purchased new floor and had the store install it in April of last year. There was issues with the way it was installed and I have been trying to get the store to come repair under warranty for almost a year. They keep telling me they will get back to me with a date they will come repair and never get back to me. So unprofessional. I do not recommend having this business install your floor as they do not live up their labour warranty.
Steve and Pete are some of the most knowledgeable flooring specialists in the city. I have my own small construction business and always recommend this as a first stop to my clients for quality and affordable flooring options.
