Wish I had a reason to drive to Huntsville because I would. Don't tempt me.
I didn’t end up purchasing anything. However their level of customer service was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Attentive. Knowledgeable and willing to help regardless of wether or not I would make a purchase or not. I will be coming back for sure. They have my business.
Refused to do what they said they would do. At purchase I was told I could return any extra glue I had left over. Prior to making my hour trip to return the glue, I called to verify they would still refund it as initially stated and the employee said absolutely. After spending 30 minutes at the store trying to find someone to help me and waiting for the employees to figure out how to refund me, I get put on the phone with the Branch Manager who informs me I'm 12 days past the 30 day return policy.
